What we charge
Per property
One rate per property per month, stepping down as you add more. It tracks the thing that actually drives our costs - review volume scales with properties - and it means your bill is predictable a year out.
Pricing

Replies pool across your whole portfolio, so a quiet property covers a busy one. Past the pool it is 35 cents a reply and nothing stops working - we email you at 80% so it is never a surprise.
How it's priced
Reputation software is sold on at least three different models, which makes quotes genuinely hard to compare. Here is ours, and why.

Common elsewhere
Charging per seat sounds cheap at one login and stops making sense the moment you want the whole duty-manager rota using it. The person with five spare minutes is exactly who should be answering reviews.
Also common
Usage pricing punishes the properties doing well. A hotel that grows its review volume gets a larger invoice for the privilege, and nobody can forecast the number.
Exactly one thing: how many properties you run. Not how many people use it, not how many reviews you receive, not which features you want switched on. Every plan includes the review inbox, automation, review analytics, competitor analysis and everything else on the features page.
The one usage number worth knowing is the AI reply pool: 300 replies per property per month, pooled across your portfolio so a quiet property covers a busy one. Past the pool it is 35 cents a reply, nothing stops working, and we email you at 80% so it is never a surprise. Most properties never reach it.
Billing questions
No. Up to twenty properties you can sign up, connect your listings and be answering reviews without speaking to anybody. Above twenty the sensible rate depends on how your group is structured, so that one is a conversation - but it's a short one.
Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The trial is seven days with 40 AI replies and no card on file, so there's no subscription to cancel. If you don't add a card the account simply stops generating new replies, and your review history is still there when you come back.
Yes, whenever. Add a property mid-month and you're billed pro-rata; remove one and the credit lands on your next invoice. If the change moves you into a lower per-property band, the new rate applies automatically - you don't have to ask for it.
One generated draft for one review. Editing a draft, regenerating it in a different tone, or translating it doesn't count again - you're charged for the review, not the keystrokes. Every property brings 300 replies a month into a shared pool, so a quiet property covers a busy one.
Nothing stops working. Extra replies are 35 cents each and appear on your next invoice, and we email you when you pass 80% of the pool so it's never a surprise. Most properties never reach it.
Yes - annual is charged as ten months instead of twelve, so you get two months free. It's the same product either way; there's no feature held back for annual customers.
No. Bring every GM, every duty manager and the owner. Charging per seat would mean the person who has five spare minutes can't use the tool, which defeats the point.
Billing is in US dollars by card. If your group needs invoicing in another currency or on payment terms, that's part of the twenty-plus conversation.
Seven days, everything switched on, no card. You’ll know inside ten minutes whether the replies sound like your hotel.
