Multi-Property Analytics
Know which hotel needs you on Monday.
Run more than one property and the question stops being "how are we doing" and becomes "which one do I drive to on Monday." Portfolio View ranks every property by reputation health, shows the movement since last month, and names the categories dragging each one down.

Run one hotel and the question is "how are we doing". Run six and it changes completely: you already know roughly how the group is doing, and what you actually need on a Monday morning is which property to drive to. That is a different question, and a per-property dashboard you have to open six times does not answer it.
The failure mode of multi-property reputation management is averaging. A group at 4.2 sounds healthy right up until you notice that number is one flagship at 4.7 carrying a property at 3.4 that has not answered a review since spring. Averages hide precisely the property that needs you.
Portfolio View ranks instead of averaging. Every property on one screen, ordered by reputation health, with the movement since last month, the response rate, the unanswered count and the categories dragging each one down. The property that needs you is at the top, and the reason it is there is on the same row.
How it works
Multi-Property Analytics, step by step.
- 1
Every property, ranked
One screen, ordered by ReputationIQ, with period-over-period movement beside each row. A property that dropped six points since last month is visible without opening anything.
- 2
Scoped access per role
Add a general manager to their own property and they see theirs and only theirs. Group operations sees everything. Nobody is asked to filter a group dashboard down to the part that concerns them.
- 3
Reporting that leaves the building
A group summary written in language you can forward to an owner or an asset manager as-is, plus scheduled PDF reports to recipients who do not need a Revinsta account.
What you get
Included at every property count.
- Every property ranked by ReputationIQ, with period-over-period movement
- Response rate and unanswered count per property, so nothing quietly slips
- The categories costing each property stars, side by side across the group
- Role-scoped access: a GM sees their property, you see everything
- Group summary you can forward to an owner without rewriting it
Questions
About multi-property analytics.
No. Pricing steps down per property as you add more, and above twenty we quote it properly because the sensible rate starts depending on how your group is structured - shared reply pools, per-brand voices, who reports to whom.
Yes, and it matters for groups more than for anyone else. Brand voice is defined per property, so a boutique city hotel and a family resort under the same ownership do not end up replying in an identical corporate register.
They do. Each property brings 300 replies a month into a shared pool, so a quiet property in low season covers a busy one - you are not managing an allowance per hotel.
Only if you grant it. Access is role-scoped and property-scoped by default, which is usually what you want when the same dashboard is used for performance conversations.
